I've no idea. I am not employed by Marcello's, just a reviewer. Perhaps their website can shed some light on your question.

Really good and great service. Recommend the steamer clams and bread
Sure, traveling and finding food is super hard in the age of COVID, but Marcello’s of Sunriver made it super easy. They have a great process for picking up orders that was clear to understand. You drive around the back and there’s a large banner with a call-in number. They were using PPE (face shields and gloves) to bring food out to the patrons. It was delivered nicely boxed in a convenient bag with all of the extras (hot peppers and packets of Parmesan). They were courteous and on-time, meeting our desired pick up time. And the food was delicious: still hot, the cheese was melty not rubbery, even the vegies were crispy. Having sampled other Italian and pizza places in town, unlike the others, these guys delivered far superior food, on-time, and just made the take-out experience work. I’ll be going back next time I’m in Sunriver; virus or no virus! I’d recommend them to anyone.
Caught up with friends who we had not seen in ever. Not only were we Greeted by the owner we were given time to relax catch up a bit and then order. Our service was Fantastic and the dinners Amazing. A wonderful evening. Must on our list for sure put it on yours.
First visit here tonight. Ate on the lovely patio with great service. Delish lasagne and seafood pasta made to perfection! And the blueberry cheesecake was the bomb !! Made with special care and huge berries!Coming again next visit to Sunriver for sure !James & Vicki Eugene, OR
Service was great. They put our big party in a private room for us. The food was okay, not fantastic. Very nice atmosphere.
When you live in a resort area the restaurants are the hardest to get seating . our small group of 4 ran into that situation on a Saturday night during this New Year's weekend. We were getting seating as late as 7:30 at some places. We called Marcello's got a table. It was the best time. Grey Goose martinis, long Island ice teas, Pendelton shots. Then dinner. Lasagna, Steelhead special, and 2 other dinners. The sauce here is the best. Rich and flavorful. Not just tomato paste . We will return.
The food, wine and service were great
I'm Italian so I'm an expert. (Lol) we went on Xmas Eve and sat in the lounge. There was 1 waitress taking care of everything and everyone. She could have used some help. The food was really good, we were really hungry by the time we got it. We decided to try it again soon because it's in our neighborhood and the nicest restaurant here. Food was delicious
Consistently good Italian food and friendly staff.
I remember being here years ago. The food was good. It could used a facelift...
This is our Anniversary tradition. One of tonight's specials- Halibut, Shiitake, Cremini and Morel muahroom Risotto. Wow! Simply incredible! Must try the ginger, rosemary Lemon Drop. One of our top fave, go-to's for any occasion!
Welcoming & clean. Food was good but not great. 5 of us & nothing bad except a salmon salad that was very average & lasagna was good but cheese was substandard though rest was of good quality. Garlic cheese bread was same cheese topping & all said same, just not the best cheese. Drinks was all very solid & dessert Snickers Pie was exceptional in size & quality. Waiter was top notch except it took 3 requests to get a tea delivered to the table.
Marcello's was the best meal we had in Sunriver! Food is incredible, service was great too. We will be back...
Delicious food and fantastic service. Thank you
Everything was AMAZING!!! There’s nothing better than great service, crazy good food, and a waiter that is full of energy and relatable. I spilt the special with my brother and with starters and the incredible bread and oil it was plenty of food. Very reasonable for the quality and portions you get when you receive the meal. 11/10 will go back every time I’m in town.
As all things, Marcello's atmosphere was nowhere near as it was in the past. One of the attendants at the main desk was rude, and acted as if my/our patronage really didn't matter at all. His attitude was, basically, take it or leave it, even though we had made reservations a day in advance. Our waitress condescendingly stated that if we wanted to leave, we would probably wait 30 minutes or longer at a different restaurant. However, overall, she managed to be adequate to our party of five. The food was very good...maybe 7 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Fantastic food and service with a great setting.
Really good Italian.
The food and staff amazing my first time here ill be back for sure
My family has enjoyed Marcello's great food and excellent service for years. Owner is on site, remembers our names, recommends just the right wine and the generous welcome extends all through the dining experience.
Very good food and service.
Best portabella ravioli ever. Topped by fabulos conversation and house vino.Thank you Isabel and Hank🍝🍷
Food was okay server was very rude. When I noticed a 14.00 charge for 2 side salads I suggested he should be clearer when offers them. We thought they were complimentary with the meal. He responded with a lot of attitude.
Had a great dinner here it's a very impersonal place with tables on top of each other but food and company was good
Not mind blowing but best Italian you'll find in 20 miles. Greens on my salad we're little old, but rest was delicious. Nicely spaced outdoor seating for your Coronacation needs.
Good food and service with not too bad prices.
Waited for the restaurant door to be unlocked for at least 10 minutes even though the open light was on. Finally just went to the lounge and ordered our food to go. Several others also entered though the lounge so the restaurant door remaind locked for some time. Tried to order blended drinks but this bar doesn't have a blender, what lounge doesn't have a blender? Food was mediocre at best. Atmosphere was very dark, in the lounge anyway. If you are expecting an Olive Garden or Pastini experience you won't find it here.
Mostly come for happy hour appetizers, always good food and great people.
I can only suggest the pasta dishes here as I understand they're decent. The halibut was overcooked and when I requested some melted butter I got a plate of cold butter pats. Our server was young and cordial but inattentive. She also wore a mask that didn't fit and was constantly pushing it back above her nose or just wearing it wrong. For the price, this place isn't a good value.
Food Was delicious and staff were great. Cozy atmosphere
Everyone there was super helpful, to the point they would have stayed open for us if we had wanted to stay. Great wine selection, the food was Awesome. All on all a great place!
The best restaurant in Sunriver, hands down! Great Italian food!
Great food. Nice rustic atmosphere
Took a bit long to get the food, but good service, tasty Italian pasta dishes. I had Chicken Alfredo and it was excellent, good portion size as well. Someone ordered a salad and it was on the smallish side, and with process being a bit on the high side.... Overall, if you like Italian - you'll likely like this place.
Great spot while on vacation. Good food and wine in cozy atmosphere. If you prefer your own cabin recommend pizza to go.
Been coming in here for years. The people on here crying need to chill out. Your most likely on vacation. Have a glass of wine or better yet drink the whole bottle and enjoy life. This isn't the Olive Garden. They are small town folks just trying to make a buck. The food is great, fresh and hot. Google has become a place for the complainers to complain. If everyone that ate here and loved left a 5 star review they would be 4.9. Keep doing what you are doing!👍
Ordered a great curbside pickup dinner. Salad, lasagna, chicken parmigiana, and tiramisu for two people. The main dishes came with bread and vegetables. We have plenty of leftovers for lunch. We liked the sauce and the fact that the food was not over salted.
We had a great experience with Marcello's. We had a 45th birthday party for my wife and Thad with Marcello's made the process super easy and the food was very good. I would highly recommend them for catering.
OMG the food was excellent tonight as always but OMG what a horrible dining experience. Two 4-tops near us were so loud and obnoxious my partner and I couldn't carry on a normal conversation. And the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Fair warning, don't go there if you want a quiet dinner out!
OMGOODNESS! Food was so good! Service was fantastic. A nice quiet atmosphere and the food is as close to authenticate Italian as you can get in the US! I'm blown away by the experience! I would definitely return!
This was our second time visiting the area and we went to this restaurant both times. Their food is excellent. Their specials tend to be extremely good (seafood risotto and a ribeye with Gorgonzola that I can't remember all the details of were phenomenal but I don't remember what special I got the first time). Their service is very good too
Taste and price is reasonable
Very good food, exceptional service, overall good experience I will be going back.
Service was not that good. Our server barely payed any attention to us, are food took forever to come.out and then 2 of our plates of food were cold. They blamed it on the calzones we ordered. For the prices you should never get cold food. Not impressed at all. Can honestly say I would not recommend this place for a nice night out. Not to mention when there is a problem with having cold food, the manager should always address the table, no one came and or cared. To me that seems like it happens all the time.
Wonderful service and delicious food. We will be back.
Good food, drinks and great service.
The food was very good, and the service was excellent, our waitress was so friendly and helpful
This is a restaurant that thinks it’s a fancy Italian place, but the most important part, the food, is mediocre at best. First, the salad, a way over-dresses Caesar with soggy lettuce. The bread was cheap white bread recipe with some rosemary or oregano in it. The Alfredo sauce was definitely from a can. The consistency and taste was pretty much Bertolli or Classico jarred sauce you can buy at every grocery store. The pizza wasn’t terrible, but for $22 I’d opt for Round Table or papa Murphy’s. The atmosphere is nice and the service was good, but like I said, it’s a mediocre Italian restaurant masquerading as a 5 star dining establishment...and that includes their prices. This place ain’t cheap.
